ARLETTA Arletta (pronounced Arleeeta), Assistant Manager at Mouat's Clothing Co., has always loved beautiful things....from paintings to shoes. ELAINE Elaine sells the clothing she loves at Mouat's Clothing Co., mostly to support her shopping habit. Twenty-Seven years ago she worked in this same location when it was a grocery store!
